How do I duplicate my CV or cover letter?

Creating duplicate versions of your CV or cover letter makes it easier to personalise your documents. Here at CVapp.nz, we always recommend making your job applications as tailored as possible. Employers are looking for job applications that feel genuine, not generic. 

With our CVapp.nz premium plan, you’ll be able to create unlimited CVs and cover letters. On our free plan, you can only create one CV and cover letter at a time. 

Duplicating Your CV

Log in to CVapp.nz and visit your CV Dashboard. You’ll be able to access and edit your CVs here. Select “Duplicate.” This will create a new version of your CV. 

Renaming your CVs & Cover Letters

An organised job-hunt is a successful job-hunt! Try to rename each version of your CV and cover appropriately. It’s best to name your documents after job positions you’re applying for. We recommend creating tailored CVs and cover letters for every job application. To rename a CV, simply select the document name to edit and rename your CV.
